Randstad Education are recruiting for enthusiastic and knowledgeable school administrators with SIMS experience to work supporting primary, secondary, and SEN schools in and around Accrington. You must be available to work on a temporary basis between the hours of 8:00 - 16:00 on a short term or long term basis.

- Competitive daily rates - £12.00 - 13.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
- Weekly pay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiently manage and update the school's database using SIMS.
- Assist with student records, attendance, and timetables.
- Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the school office.
- Handling enquiries and providing friendly and helpful assistance to students, parents, visitors, and other members of staff.
- Data entry and other IT tasks.
- Coordination of school events and meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost care.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience using SIMS.
- Verifiable experience in administration roles in an educational setting.
- Exceptional organisational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
