Healthcare Support Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our care team to deliver high-quality care and support to our service user.
**Salary and Benefits**
The salary for this role is £13.00 - £16.00 per hour, with approximate daily earnings of £156.00 - £192.00 (12-hour Day shift). Additional benefits include flexible hours, confirmed rotas, holiday pay, full clinical training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinating care and support plans with the care team
- Ensuring the service user's safety and well-being at all times
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
Requirements:**
3 months previous care experience
Ability to manage challenging behaviours
Clear communication skills
