Lead Infant Care Specialist

Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a skilled Lead Infant Care Specialist to lead our team in providing exceptional care and support to infants aged 3-24 months.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, with experience working with babies in this age range. They will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, providing personal care, and building strong relationships with parents.
The successful candidate will also supervise and support the development of room staff, ensuring compliance with nursery policies and procedures. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus benefits such as a unique curriculum focusing on staff wellbeing, a bespoke parent app, and career advancement opportunities.
