Opus People Solutions is working with Cambridgeshire County Council to recruit an interim Communications Manager to support the Communications Business Partner in delivering communications, web, and marketing strategies in a key area of the council's business.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement communications plans to enhance the reputation of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
- Manage media responses, including social media, to ensure the Council's reputation and integrity are maintained.
- Provide advice and support to heads of service and Members on communication and marketing.
- Represent the County or City Council at external meetings with partners and stakeholders.
- Use customer and employee insight to drive innovation and shape internal and external customer expectations.
