Academics is working alongside a fantastic alternative provision based in Swindon, who want to welcome an enthusiastic candidate to the team as a Student Behaviour Assistant. The school provides education and support to students who face challenges regarding behaviour and mental health.

As a Student Behaviour Assistant, you will be assisting students aged 5-16 years old throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying potential triggers for challenging behaviour
  • Encouraging independence and self-investigation
  • Acting as a role model for students
  • Communicating with teachers, parents, and on-site professionals
  • Ensuring students feel safe and able to express themselves
Working with Academics
