We are seeking a skilled Trainer / Assessor/ Coach to deliver high-quality training and support to our apprentices. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in healthcare education, with a strong focus on quality and compliance. You will also need to have excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and inspire our apprentices to reach their full potential.

About this role
  • This is a part-time position, approximately 18 hours per week, with flexibility to work from home or in our offices
  • Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave and training opportunities

Required skills and qualifications
  • Degree in a relevant subject, or equivalent qualification
  • Assessor Award - D32/33 or A1
  • Teaching qualification such as CET Level 4 or 7307
  • Maintain Occupational Competence
  • GCSE English, Maths, ICT A-C or equivalent (Level 2 Functional skills)
