About the Role

Cobalt Housing is seeking a highly skilled Stock Condition Surveyor to join our Assets & Compliance division. The successful candidate will report to the Asset Manager and work collaboratively with a friendly, supportive, and professional team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data on the condition of properties to ensure accurate and reliable information.
  • Make informed decisions on the remaining life of key components to maintain high-quality asset management.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and support strategic investment decisions.
  • Develop and implement technical specifications for future programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote Cobalt Values and behaviors.
Requirements
  • Education to HND level or above in a building or services-related discipline.
  • Driving is an essential requirement; a full-UK driving license with access to a personal vehicle is required.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
