About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Improvement Manager to join our team at Subsea 7. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement quality management systems and procedures.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality management systems and procedures.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business improvement and quality management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
