Senior Commercial Lead

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Lead to join our team at Cavendish Professionals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar, with a strong understanding of NEC and RICS/CICES membership.

The role will involve developing and managing budgets, overseeing financial KPIs, and ensuring stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will also have experience with risk assessment and discovering areas not in-keeping with regulation practices.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar field, and will be a member of RICS/CICES. They will also have experience with CSCS, SMSTS, and two professional references.

As a Senior Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for resolving contractual and commercial problems, and will work closely with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

The benefits of this role include a competitive salary, pension contribution, car allowance, and 25 days holiday.
