Job Title: Clinical Recovery Director

About the Role:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Clinical Recovery Director to join our team at CV-Library. Reporting directly to the Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recovery process of patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery. Your primary focus will be ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the recovery process for patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery.
  • Collaboration with clinical teams to guarantee high-quality care and support.
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of recovery processes, with recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recovery nursing or a related field.
  • ALS qualification highly desirable.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs of the business.
  • Possession of sound written and verbal communication skills.
