Job Responsibilities
  • Assist teaching staff in delivering high-quality educational experiences to pupils, promoting their academic and social progress.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
  • Provide pastoral support to pupils, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of child development and learning theories.
  • Experience working in a school setting, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • A commitment to the school's Christian ethos and values.

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range, estimated to be around £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
