About this role

As a skilled Master Plumber and Facilities Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of plumbing and drainage systems at our iconic Anfield Stadium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and Repairs
  • Fault Finding and Maintenance
  • New Installations and Project Works
  • Recommendations for System Upgrades and Replacements
  • Maintenance, Testing, and Repair of Player's Spa and Ice Baths
  • Legionella Prevention Measures
  • Prioritization of Workload using CAFM System
  • Management of External Contractors
  • Statutory and Non-Statutory PPMs

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Master Plumber and Facilities Specialist who possesses an NVQ Level 3 Plumbing and Heating qualification, Water Hygiene Legionella Prevention experience, and comprehensive knowledge of Specialised Plumbing, Heating, Pool Management, Fire Sprinkler, and Legionella prevention methods.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience (Not Essential)

  • IPAF Mobile Platform Operation License
  • PASMA Mobile Scaffold Erection License
  • Gold CSCS Trade Card
  • Water Regulations Qualification/Knowledge
  • Unvented Hot Water Qualification (Commercial)
  • Gas qualification
  • Level 2 Spar Management qualification
  • Fire suppression sprinkler system knowledge
