We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at The Lakes Care Centre. As a Night Carer, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily routines, including personal care, washing, and toileting
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage with their surroundings
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
