We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at The Lakes Care Centre. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily routines and personal care, including washing, bathing, and toileting
- Assist with medication administration and monitoring
- Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage in social interactions
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
