Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Support Assistant to join our team at our care home in Cirencester. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including washing, bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with daily routines, such as getting up, going to bed, and meal times
  • Support residents with medication management and administration
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the overall care planning process, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure resident needs are met
