We are currently seeking a highly skilled PMO Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Programme Management Office, you will play a pivotal role in leading our project management initiatives and driving our organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver successful projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project opportunities and develop business cases to support project proposals.
  • Maintain accurate project records, ensuring that project information is up-to-date and readily available for review and analysis.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid background in project management, with a proven track record of leading PMOs and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, to achieve organizational objectives.
