In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will be responsible for delivering domiciliary care services to clients in their own homes. As a Domiciliary Support Worker, you will assess client needs and develop tailored care plans to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits to assess client needs and develop care plans
  • Deliver personal care and domestic support to clients
  • Work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

  • Has a genuine interest in delivering person-centered care and supporting individuals to maintain their independence
  • Is able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Can work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team
  • Has experience working with older adults or those with dementia
