Job Title: Domiciliary Support Specialist

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
This challenging yet rewarding role involves assessing client needs, developing care plans, and coordinating the delivery of domiciliary care services. You will work closely with our care staff to provide hands-on support and guidance, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Supervise and mentor care staff to enhance their skills and confidence
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers to maintain high standards of service delivery
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to monitor and improve service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and prior experience in a similar position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work flexibly and respond to changing circumstances.
