Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Home Care Worker, Care Assistant, or Carer to join our team. As a vital member of our community-based care service, you will provide person-centered care, support, and companionship to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, personalized care and support to clients according to their individual needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, nutrition, and household tasks.
