Job Title: Service Engineer - High End Residential Properties

Location: London


About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Masterfix GB Limited. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing fan coil units across a portfolio of prime residential properties.

You will carry out yearly heating, ventilation, air cooling, and water temperature checks, identifying repairs during servicing. You will also log all results within the same day of the servicing being completed and advise clients when updates are complete.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing of fan coil units across a portfolio of prime residential properties
  • Carrying out yearly heating, ventilation, air cooling, and water temperature checks and identifying repairs during servicing
  • Logging all results within the same day of the servicing being completed and advising clients when updates are complete
  • Logging all defects and repairs and reporting back to the site supervisor
  • General plumbing repairs
  • Updating management so adequate stocks of materials can be maintained and identifying requirements for critical spares
  • Ensuring works and tasks are completed to a very high standard and conform to industry legislation
  • Delivering a first-class service to all our customers and clients
Requirements

We are looking for a newly qualified plumber or HVAC engineer who is looking for a career working in high-end residential properties. You should have good communication skills, both verbal and written, and an understanding of good customer care.
