Customer Service Engineer

As a key member of our Service Care Solutions Ltd team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of arcade machines across various locations. This field-based role is vital to our business and requires a high level of technical expertise and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation and Setup: Install and configure new arcade machines to ensure they are functioning correctly and meet our high standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on all machines to prevent technical issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic issues with arcade machines, using your technical expertise to resolve problems efficiently.
- Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and are satisfied with our products.
- Inventory Management: Manage and document inventory of parts to ensure we have the necessary resources to complete tasks efficiently.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and customers, providing excellent service and building strong relationships.
- Compliance: Ensure all machines and installations comply with safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for our customers and staff.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of services performed, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
