About the Role

Target Group is a leading financial services company specializing in loan servicing and arrears management. We are committed to providing transparent and fair solutions to our customers, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

This is a Fixed Term Contract for a minimum of 12 months. The first 6 weeks training period requires 100% on-site presence in our office. After that, the role will revert to a hybrid approach of 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support Finance, Customer Services, and Arrears Management by ensuring client reconciliations are kept up to date and investigated on a timely basis, as well as process payments on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce reconciliation reports
  • Produce cash allocation reports
  • Produce portfolio-specific reports
  • Ensure customer payments are made on time and accurately
  • Liaise with clients to resolve portfolio queries
  • Work to service levels to ensure no breach or financial penalty
  • Ensure client sweeps are kept up-to-date
  • Process origination payments accurately and on time
  • Daily bank and portfolio reconciliations, ensuring prompt investigation of exceptions
  • System reconciliation to general ledger
  • Internal and external portfolio account queries
  • Cash allocation and transfer
  • System verification
