Insurance Client Service Specialist

We're seeking a talented Insurance Client Service Specialist to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships with our clients and providing a comprehensive service to find the right insurance products to fit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an effective client service, including the achievement of targets and provision of high levels of client service
  • Provide high-quality administration, including checking client documentation and ensuring queries are raised and amendments completed
  • Control your own diary system, ensuring all items are followed up by the due dates, particularly in relation to outstanding documentation from clients or insurers and premium payments
  • Provide new business quotations for all classes of insurance on request, providing relevant advice, information, and guidance
  • Take instructions from new clients, ensuring cover commences at the correct time, all relevant paperwork is completed, premium is collected, and relevant records and diary entries are created
  • Take instructions from existing customers in respect of alterations to existing policies, ensuring insurers are notified and records updated

Requirements:

  • Experience gained from within the insurance industry
  • Experience working with customers in an office-based role
  • Ability to bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience
  • Proactive, analytical, and able to use your initiative to identify opportunities to retain and grow our business
  • Enthusiastic team player, able to support others, build trust, and have a positive outlook
  • Engage active listening skills, be willing to learn, and recognize when to ask for support or guidance
