Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Insurance Client Advisor to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an effective client service, including the achievement of targets and provision of high levels of client service.
  • Provide high-quality administration, including checking client documentation and ensuring queries are raised and amendments completed.
  • Control your own diary system, ensuring all items are followed up by the due dates, particularly in relation to outstanding documentation from clients or insurers and premium payments.
  • Provide new business quotations for all classes of insurance on request, providing relevant advice, information, and guidance.
  • Take instructions from new clients, ensuring cover commences at the correct time, all relevant paperwork is completed, premium is collected, and relevant records and diary entries are created.
  • Take instructions from existing customers in respect of alterations to existing policies, ensuring insurers are notified and records updated.

Requirements

  • Experience gained from within the Insurance Industry and experience working with customers in an office-based role.
  • Ability to bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience.
  • Proactive, analytical, and able to use your initiative to identify opportunities to retain and grow our business.
  • An enthusiastic team player, able to support others, build trust, and have a positive outlook.
  • Engage active listening skills, be willing to learn, and recognize when to ask for support or guidance.
