Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Client Advisor to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships with our clients and providing a comprehensive service to meet their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service, achieving targets and delivering high levels of client satisfaction
  • Administer client documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage your own diary system, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
  • Provide new business quotations, offering relevant advice and guidance
  • Take instructions from clients, ensuring cover commences correctly and all relevant paperwork is completed
  • Modify existing policies, ensuring insurers are notified and records updated

Requirements

  • Experience gained within the Insurance Industry, with a focus on customer-facing roles
  • Proactive, analytical, and entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation
