We are seeking a skilled interpreter to work with us on a freelance basis, providing high-quality interpreting services to clients across various sectors, including the NHS, local authorities, and other public and private organizations.

As a freelancer, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work from the comfort of your own home. Our dedicated in-house team will provide ongoing support and help you develop your skills.

The role involves interpreting for individuals using legal, health, and local government services, as well as checking the non-English speakers' understanding after each sentence. You will also be required to deal with highly confidential information and liaise between the service user and service provider.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fluent in English and another language, have the right to work in the UK, and be aged 21 or over. Formal qualifications such as a Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) or a degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages are advantageous.
