About the Role

As an Entertainment Team Manager, you'll be responsible for the organisation, logistics, and daily delivery of our Haven Entertainment proposition. You'll work closely with the park Head of Activities to engage and inspire your cast members, ensuring standard operating procedures are adhered to and targets are achieved.

Pay Rates: Competitive plus Benefits, and the opportunity to earn up to 10% Annual Bonus

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a leadership capacity within the entertainment industry
  • Proven ability to plan and co-ordinate events and activities
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of leadership attributes
  • Ability to cope under pressure and be flexible in order to adapt to any changes
  • Ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
  • High-energy individual with a passion for entertaining
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience

This opportunity requires the successful candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work. Working hours are on a rota over a 7 day period and could include evenings and weekends (depending on role). We aim to offer flexibility where we can, however, this is a full-time role.
