We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

You will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, building exceptional customer relationships and being the leadership of a high performing team.

The ideal candidate will have proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment, with experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.

As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing in-store events, and will have a proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets
  • Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers
  • Build exceptional customer relationships and be the leadership of a high performing team
  • Develop and implement in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing a team to succeed
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
