We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving business growth.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Job Description:

A successful Restaurant Shift Manager at Deep Blue Restaurants will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams, health and safety protocols, stock management, and shift operations. They will also have a proven track record in the restaurant or fast-food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer satisfactionImplement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock levelsEnsure adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and customersMonitor and manage cash handling procedures, preventing theft and ensuring accuracy
