The main responsibilities of the Chef de Rang role will include (but are not limited to):

- Under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered in the Restaurant Areas.
- the main purpose of the role is to ensure that our guests are provided with friendly, professional, and unobtrusive service during their dining experience.
- Consistently seize any selling opportunities to drive the business forward and exceed the budget.
- Keep up to date and comply with liquor and license regulations.
- Provide a higher level of guest service by operating the department in the absence of managers and supervisors.
- Assist the Managers with the training of every team member.
- Follow the training procedure for each team member and suggest any improvement.
- Identify training needs within the waiting team.
