Hospitality Skills Development Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Hospitality Skills Development Specialist to join our team at KM Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs in hospitality management.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver high-quality training programs to meet the needs of our clients.
- Conduct training needs analysis and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievement.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners throughout their training program.
- Meet performance targets and key performance indicators.
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in a hotel management capacity.
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Hospitality is desirable but not essential if strong competency is evidenced.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility with travel.
- A competitive salary range £31,500 - £33,500.
