Scientific Equipment Scheduler

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Scientific Equipment Scheduler.
In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the maintenance and repair of scientific equipment on our client sites. This includes managing work orders, communicating with end-users and contractors, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.
You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with CMMS databases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is also required.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of administrative experience and a good understanding of customer service principles.
The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
