This is a unique opportunity for a skilled lawyer to lead the development and delivery of Whitbread's property strategy. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years post-qualification experience specializing in property law (transactional) within England and Wales.

  • Provide legal advice for all real estate/property issues, transactions, and disputes to the Property function and wider business.">
  • Oversee all legal work on real estate transactions, including developing form documentation and managing pre-signing reporting.">
  • Attend Property Executive and Property team meetings to provide advice and support on live discussions and decisions.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will be an expert in property law, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must be able to present complex legal information clearly and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
