About the Role

As a Senior Counsel for Commercial Affairs, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal guidance to support the growth and development of our business.

You will work closely with our teams to ensure that all commercial agreements and contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
  • Providing advice on commercial law matters, including contract interpretation and dispute resolution
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement commercial strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records of contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents
Requirements
  • Qualification as an England and Wales solicitor
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial law firm or in-house legal department
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
