Senior Customer Growth Strategist

The Senior Customer Growth Strategist at Sitetracker is responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive growth and renewal with corporate customers. As a customer-centric professional, you will prioritize building strong relationships with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support.
With expertise in multiple industries, you understand how Sitetracker's platform enables companies to achieve productivity goals. You recognize the gaps in usage across customer departments and champion solutions to address these gaps. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their strategic goals and collaborate with Sitetracker teams to develop effective account plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Upsell and cross-sell new business opportunities
- Familiarize yourself with Sitetracker products and become certified
- Understand the Sitetracker planning process
- Create comprehensive account plans and gain in-depth knowledge of customers
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline
- Align with post-sales departments to ensure customer success
Within 90 days, you will be familiarized with our products, become certified, learn the planning process, begin creating account plans, build your pipeline, align with post-sales departments, and actively work on initial deals. Within 180 days, you will execute the planning process, complete customer account plans, build a mature pipeline, close midsize deals, run Growth Review Board meetings, and meet or exceed your quota. By the end of 365 days, you will be an expert in customer business growth, account plans, and contribute to the Customer Growth playbook and best practices.
