About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Growth Strategist to join our Customer Success team at Cutover. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving customer adoption and growth. Your primary focus will be on assisting customers throughout their lifecycle, helping them unlock maximum value from our platform and services.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in an Enterprise-focused customer-facing role, ideally with a background in Customer Success or a similar field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers throughout their lifecycle, helping them unlock maximum value from our platform and services
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Navigate complex technical environments and provide expert guidance to customers
  • Develop and implement tailored success plans to meet customer needs
