- Manage our Talent function in Belfast, ensuring administration excellence and compliance.
- CIPD qualified
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
- Broad knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, pay and reward, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of NI employment laws and regulations.
- Evidenced experience of building strong collaborative relationships with multiple parties internally and externally.
- Demonstrable evidence of shaping HR strategy for business success.
- Effective leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on timing and method of communication dependent on the situation.
- A passion for progressing diversity and inclusion.
