Job Title: Community & Events Administrator

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Community & Events Administrator to join our client's team. This is a fixed-term position with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culture, Engagement, and Events:
    • Manage and coordinate cultural activities and events to promote engagement and wellbeing.
    • Develop and implement community, education, and outreach programs.
    • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Onboarding Experience:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent team to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Training and Development:
    • Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
    • Maintain accurate training records and support the evaluation of training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role focused on employee engagement, training, or event management.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and engagement.
  • Ability to adhere to policies and practices while being flexible to meet the needs of the business.
