Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Adult Care Operations Coordinator to join our team in Doncaster. As a key member of our staff, you will assist the Registered Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our respite services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage resources, including staffing, finance, equipment, and facilities, to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement outcome-based support plans, promoting person-centred care and empowering individuals to make informed decisions.
  • Investigate concerns about alleged abuse and address them promptly and correctly, adhering to South Yorkshire Safeguarding Adults Procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Manager to review and manage the delivery of care and support, achieving regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to service development, increasing quality-of-service provision, user numbers, and the service offer.
  • Take responsibility for the service in the absence of the Registered Manager, managing staffing allocation, budget control, and building maintenance while ensuring CQC Standards are met.
Requirements
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care, willing to work towards Level 4 & 5.
  • Experience in management within a health and social care environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of national strategies and Health and Social Care legislation.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to write legible reports, support plans, and risk assessments.
  • Awareness of working in a Community Led Support Model.
Compensation

The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of £31,372, plus an 8.5% all-inclusive allowance, totaling approximately £34,000 per annum. This position requires 37 hours of work per week, with shifts comprising 7am-3pm, 2pm-10pm, sleep ins, and every other weekend.
