Job Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is seeking an experienced Client Manager to join their team. This role offers a unique chance to work with a reputable firm of chartered accountants in East Kent, providing a mix of accountancy and tax services to local businesses across the Southeast.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accountancy, with experience in managing client portfolios, preparing statutory and management accounts, and advising on tax and accounting matters. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and be the primary contact for clients across various industries
  • Prepare statutory and management accounts
  • Advise clients on tax and accounting matters
  • Review junior staff's work
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified, or nearly qualified, or qualified by experience
  • 3+ years experience within an accountancy practice
  • General practice experience across accounts and tax
  • Experience of cloud software such as Sage, Xero, and/or QuickBooks would be advantageous
