Accountancy Practice Manager

TPF Recruitment, a leading accountancy practice recruitment agency in Kent, is seeking an experienced Client Manager to join a reputable firm of chartered accountants in Sandwich, East Kent. This exciting opportunity allows you to be part of a fantastic local firm's growth journey.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse client portfolio, providing a mix of accountancy and tax services to local businesses across the Southeast. Our client promotes a relaxed environment and a great work-life balance, offering great progression prospects for those looking to become a partner in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and be the primary contact for clients across various industries
- Prepare statutory accounts, management accounts, and corporate and personal tax returns
- Review junior staff's work and advise clients on general tax, accounting, and software queries
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
- At least 3 years of experience within an accountancy practice
- General practice experience across accounts and tax
- Experience with cloud software such as Sage, Xero, and/or QuickBooks is advantageous
Benefits:
