We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team in Canterbury. ">Key Responsibilities:- Provide advanced clinical care, assessment, and treatment to a diverse patient group in various healthcare settings.
- Utilize your expertise to support the clinical team by providing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior staff.
- Act as a clinical leader within the team, collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients, focusing on evidence-based practice.
- Manage and review patient progress, ensuring ongoing care delivery meets the highest standard.
- Participate in audits, service evaluations, and clinical governance activities to continuously improve service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices, guidelines, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
