Job Description:
We are looking for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner with a GPHC background to join our healthcare team in Canterbury.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a forward-thinking environment, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical services across multiple settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced clinical care, assessment, and treatment to patients in various healthcare settings.
- Support the clinical team by providing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients.
- Review patient progress and ensure ongoing care delivery meets the highest standards.
- Participate in audits, service evaluations, and clinical governance activities to improve service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices, guidelines, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- GPHC Registration as a pharmacist with post-registration clinical experience.
Compensation Package:
The estimated salary for this position is approximately £70,000-£90,000 per annum.
