ProfDoc is seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join their team in Canterbury. This opportunity offers a chance to work in a supportive environment that values modern approaches and traditional values in delivering high-quality patient care.

The practice has a friendly and forward-thinking team, with 3 partners, 3 salaried GPs, 1 ANP, and a range of additional roles including Physician Associate, Health & Wellbeing Coaches, Physiotherapists, Pharmacists, Mental Health Support Worker & FCP, and Social Prescribing Link Worker.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a variety of practice duties, including face-to-face consultations, telephone consultations, and rare home/care home visits.
  • Make professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems, whether self-referred or referred from other healthcare workers.
  • Assess the healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.
  • Provide counselling and health education to patients.

Salary: £750 per week.
