Physiotherapy Lead for Rehabilitation Services

As a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist for Rehabilitation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of physiotherapy services within our rehabilitation team. Reporting to the Physio team lead, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert clinical leadership and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated physiotherapist to take on a challenging role that encompasses various aspects of physiotherapy practice. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to promote effective communication, seamless patient transitions, and comprehensive care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Governance: Provide strategic direction, guidance, and oversight to ensure compliance with NHS Scotland standards and protocols.
- Clinical Expertise: Utilize your advanced clinical knowledge to develop and implement best practices, improve patient outcomes, and contribute to the advancement of physiotherapy services.
- Staff Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, providing mentorship, education, and training opportunities to enhance staff skills and confidence.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with colleagues from diverse disciplines to coordinate care, resolve issues, and drive collaborative problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and promoting professional growth.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you must have a Master's degree or equivalent experience in physiotherapy, along with significant experience working at an advanced level within a relevant speciality. A valid HCPC registration and membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy are also essential. A full UK/EU/EEA driving licence is required, as regular travel may be necessary for outreach visits.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as access to continuing professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
