About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a 40-bedded residential home in Boston, UK. The home provides exceptional care for elderly and dementia residents with an outstanding CQC rating.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work closely with other staff members to ensure high-quality care
  • Salary: £15 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
  • Hours: 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm), rotational weekends
  • Location: Boston, UK
  • Contract: Full-time permanent position
