**Overview:**
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Coordinator to join Russell Taylor Group Ltd, a leading recruitment agency. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work in a fast-paced sales environment where your main responsibility will be to support a team of Recruitment Consultants who specialize in placing candidates within various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing all inbound calls and inquiries
- Preparing and updating candidate CVs for the Recruitment Consultants
- Updating the CRM system with accurate and timely information
- Preparing and sending out Terms of Business to clients
- Inputting weekly temporary payroll and ensuring accurate records
- Supporting the recruitment of temporary workers, including advertising vacancies, pre-screening candidates, and sending documents to clients
- Creating and scheduling social media content in collaboration with an external agency
- Providing monthly content ideas for all social media platforms
- Maintaining a well-organized and well-stocked office environment
- Organizing group charity events and coordinating monthly charity collections
Requirements:
- Excellent administration and customer service skills
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
