About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Female Support Worker to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care in West Kirby. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to a 15-year-old young lady with cerebral palsy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to our client during school hours and at home during non-term time
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and mobility
  • Encourage and support our client to participate in activities and achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with our client's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care

Requirements
