Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to service users, promoting their independence and encouraging them to access the community.
- Maintain a high level of support that meets the service needs, ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users.
- Participate in and be enthusiastic about the likes and wants of our service users, building strong relationships and trust.
- Support throughout the night, including routine checks, being a support if someone wakes up unsettled, and completing various other tasks within the service.
- We are looking for individuals with a passion for supporting others and making a difference in their everyday lives.
- Flexibility is essential, as shift patterns will include days, evenings, and waking nights on a rota basis.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
- Will be required to work earlies, lates, and nights, with weekend working also required.
