Job Title: Conveyancing Solicitor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our Conveyancing department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all advice provided is compliant with relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Group Compliance Director to ensure that all advice provided is compliant with regulations.
  • Provide technical training to colleagues.
  • Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with law and regulation.
  • Manage a complex caseload of Residential Property files, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to ensure that all conveyancing processes are compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all teams are compliant with law, regulation, and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Highly technical abilities and knowledge within Residential Conveyancing.
  • Experience managing complex caseloads of Residential Property files.
  • Strong compliance skills and ability to work closely with the Group Compliance Director.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
